Opis Produktu : This is a preview book of the series. It contains the entire first issue story, as well as a few added pages before and after the story. Cover by SCOTT TOLSON. Spike Lee hit the motion-picture industry like a jackhammer with such films as She's Gotta Have It, Jungle Fever, and Do the Right Thing. Now he's come to tear apart the facade of the comics medium with this all-new miniseries. Rapped in a poem or wrapped around a brick, messages can come in many different packages. One of those packages is COLORS IN BLACK. Sixteen artists of various races have come together to deliver their messages about the state of racial relations today. The result is a mix of stories that approach the subject from every angle conceivable. In these pages, all sides of the issue are examined. You will be energized, you will be frightened, you will get angry...and you will be enlightened. The revolution will not be televised...it will be illustrated.
